Cure that sweet tooth with some classic sweet vanilla sponge cake – it’s never been so easy!
This vanilla sponge cake mix is perfect for making cupcakes and light fluffy cakes.
Each bag contains 3kg, enough to make approximately:
- 140 cupcakes
- 8 x 8″ sponge cakes
1. Place oil, water and then the cake mix into a bowl, whisk for 2 minutes on slow.
2. Scrape down the bowl and whisk for a further 8 minutes on a fast speed.
3. Bake at 180-200°C for 20-25 minutes.
