Isomalt is a sugar-free sweetener that can be heated to high temperatures without losing its clear colour or sweetness and therefore melted and reshaped into any desired shape. It’s a great product to make impressive cake decorations such as gemstones, windows/glass, mosaics and geode cakes.

While not as sweet as sugar, it can be blended with other sugar substitute sweeteners like sucralose to increase the sweetness.

Pack contains 200g or 500g.

CAUTION: Hot isomalt will stick to skin and cause severe burns. Wear specialist gloves and protective equipment at all times and aim to melt in small amounts. Keep away from children
