The 2″ deep square separator is made from polystyrene, and can be helpful to raise your stacked cakes.

Also very useful for putting decorations into and then being placed in between cake tiers.

Recommended for use:

The separator should be placed on a thin cake card so that cake dowels can support the cake.  You can ice, decorate with flowers or ribbon to hide the separator.
