Edible Cake Lace Spreading Knife

Apply your Cake Lace mix to your mats quickly and easily using this spreading knife. The angled blade and slight flex allow you to easily sweep over your mat, filling the impressions with your mix whilst removing any excess mix. This ensures clean and professional looking results for your cake lace every time!

Dimensions: Approx 300mm long. Angled blade approx 190mm.

This tool is ideal for use with Edible Lace Mix and Mats. It will spread the mixture evenly into the mat to give your cakes and cupcakes a really professional finish.
