- good covering properties, providing a professional finish without being too sticky or liable to crack as often as cheaper brands
- ideal for covering boards and cakes – also suitable for simpler decoration, although not ideal for deeper or larger cakes as this sugarpaste has a soft set so may stretch / droop over larger areas with the risk of tearing
