Coral Colour Mill is a great new food colouring created by Caker’s Warehouse.

Colour Mill are based in Australia and have manufactured the ‘next generation food colour’.

The super concentrated oil based icing colourings specifically designed for use with buttercream and other products that have a higher fat content, ideal for chocolate. The new coastal colours are truly amazing addition to the colour mill range.

The colouring is in liquid form in a 20ml squeezy bottle and therefore making it easy to apply.

• ingredients: Glycerol (422), Lecithin (322) E171, E110, E129
• dietary advice: this particular colour is not suitable for vegetarians and vegans as it contains Cochineal (E120)
• allergy advice: Free from all listed allergens. Please note stored and handled in an environment where nuts and nut oils are present. So we cannot guarantee 100% free of nut traces
• religious observance advice: suitable for Kosher and Halal – some Islamic authorities consider E120 Halal and some do not – we have to leave it to our customers to decide if this is suitable for them
